Hi! I'm Tawnia Cummings, a thirty-something year old Instructional Designer with over nine years of professional experience across various industries (Post-Secondary Education, Sales, Distributing). I know the details of taking complex content and creating useful learning material, with success stories from students and leaders alike.

With a Masters in Teacher Leadership from Grandview University and a B.A. (English Education), I bring a wealth of experience teaching at all levels, from Pre-K to Post-Secondary, and I'm fastidious with grammar and usage. My goal has always been to prepare learners for the world outside the school halls, and through online education, I really can assist with all aspects of learning.

What is Instructional Design?

Instructional design is a catch-all term for a complicated list of tasks, but for me, it's about taking subject matter expert's ideas, and importing them into the right medium for the job.
